Katharine’s life long passion for health, wellness and fitness led her to earn Health Promotion, B.S and Education B.A degrees from The University of Rhode Island. Katharine has taught horseback riding, surfing, strength and spin. She finds motivation in upbeat music and loves to play rock, funk, and indie bangers! Katharine believes that how hard you work in class will be directly related to how fantastic you feel after! We’re here, we might as well put in 110% effort!
