Amber works as a registered dietitian and fitness instructor, embodying whole-body wellness. She is a big fan of keeping fitness fun and exciting. She has been teaching fitness classes since 2014, beginning at UConn’s recreation center while attending undergrad. Throughout the years, Amber has taught a wide range of class formats, including cycle, strength, flexibility & recovery, Zumba, and so much more. Amber loves creating playlists that serve as the main motivation for class, and hopes to motivate & challenge you to become the strongest version of yourself!
